Please take note of the following end of support dates for IBM Cognos TM1:

Version 10.1.x end of support date was 30th April 2017

Version 10.2.0 end of support date is September 30th, 2018

Version 10.2.2 end of support date is 30th September 2019

End of support is the last date on which IBM will deliver standard support services for a given version/ release of a product.

Those users on Flexible Contract (FCT) will need to move to the standard IBM support offering in Passport Advantage (PA).

IBM recommends that clients upgrade at their earliest convenience to IBM Planning Analytics Local v2.0.2 or later. Service extensions on Cognos TM1 v10.2.0 beyond the end of support date will not be available.
